Elle est ce qui nous relie \u00e0 notre g\u00e9n\u00e9alogie, \u00e0 notre histoire personnelle et \u00e0 la continuit\u00e9 de notre \u00ab moi \u00bb. \u00c0 l&rsquo;oppos\u00e9, la d\u00e9naturation est une rupture violente, une alt\u00e9ration profonde qui arrache l&rsquo;individu \u00e0 ce qui le d\u00e9finit pour lui imposer une forme \u00e9trang\u00e8re, une fonction factice, voire une identit\u00e9 de substitution. C&rsquo;est une spoliation de l&rsquo;\u00eatre, le passage de la singularit\u00e9 \u00e0 la chosification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le contexte organisationnel, cette dynamique prend un tournant tragique sous l&rsquo;impulsion d&rsquo;un manager toxique. L&rsquo;autorit\u00e9, qui devrait \u00eatre une instance de r\u00e9gulation et d&rsquo;encadrement, se d\u00e9voie pour devenir un instrument de pr\u00e9dation. Le manager n&rsquo;agit plus alors en garant d&rsquo;un cadre professionnel, mais en usurpateur cherchant \u00e0 vider le subordonn\u00e9 de sa substance vitale son nom, sa l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9, son histoire pour les d\u00e9tourner au profit de ses propres objectifs. Il ne s&rsquo;agit plus de management, mais d&rsquo;une entreprise de d\u00e9possession m\u00e9thodique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce processus de d\u00e9naturation forc\u00e9e transforme le lieu de travail en un espace d&#8217;emprisonnement r\u00e9el. Le manager toxique impose une all\u00e9geance totale, exigeant que le collaborateur cesse d&rsquo;exister pour lui-m\u00eame afin de devenir exclusivement ce qui sert ses besoins ou pallie ses propres carences. Cette dynamique de transfert pervers r\u00e9duit l&rsquo;individu \u00e0 un objet interchangeable. La libert\u00e9 de mouvement et de pens\u00e9e est confisqu\u00e9e, remplac\u00e9e par la menace permanente d&rsquo;une annihilation sociale, symbolique, voire d&rsquo;un emprisonnement physique en cas de r\u00e9sistance. La d\u00e9naturation devient alors l&rsquo;outil ultime de cette coercition : une personne est d\u00e9pouill\u00e9e de sa propre nature pour \u00eatre contrainte de rev\u00eatir le masque d&rsquo;un auxiliaire servile, au service exclusif de celui qui a orchestr\u00e9 sa d\u00e9possession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous avons \u00e9voqu\u00e9 dans la newsletter pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente la perversit\u00e9 lorsqu\u2019elle provient d\u2019un syst\u00e8me, bien que celle-ci rev\u00eat souvent une forme humaine. Mais la bascule survient lorsqu&rsquo;elle accepte de supplanter Emily pour partir \u00e0 Paris. \u00c0 cet instant, la transformation d\u00e9passe le simple v\u00eatement ou l&rsquo;allure ; elle touche \u00e0 son essence m\u00eame. Lorsque Miranda, avec une lucidit\u00e9 glaciale, lui fait remarquer : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas mieux que moi\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, elle ne lui fait pas un compliment. Elle lui r\u00e9v\u00e8le que la d\u00e9naturation a r\u00e9ussi : Andy est devenue son reflet, son \u00e9gale dans la compromission. C&rsquo;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment cette mise en abyme voir sa propre identit\u00e9 d\u00e9vor\u00e9e par celle de son bourreau &nbsp;qui provoque le choc salutaire. Andy r\u00e9alise alors qu&rsquo;elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pouill\u00e9e de sa nature pour devenir l&rsquo;instrument d&rsquo;une autre. Au lieu de s&rsquo;installer dans cette prison dor\u00e9e, elle choisit, en partant, de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer ce qui lui appartient : son int\u00e9grit\u00e9, son libre-arbitre, et le droit de ne plus jamais \u00eatre une extension de la volont\u00e9 d&rsquo;autrui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le prolongement de notre r\u00e9flexion sur la perversit\u00e9 syst\u00e9mique, le t\u00e9moignage de cette amie rencontr\u00e9e dans le cadre sportif vient illustrer de mani\u00e8re chirurgicale le m\u00e9canisme de la d\u00e9naturation. Tout commence par une assignation brutale : alors qu&rsquo;elle \u00e9tait venue se former pour une mission pr\u00e9cise, elle se voit contrainte d&rsquo;endosser des t\u00e2ches qui n&rsquo;ont plus rien de professionnel. On exige d&rsquo;elle qu&rsquo;elle s&rsquo;immisce dans la vie domestique et priv\u00e9e de certains cadres de l&rsquo;institution, la d\u00e9pouillant de sa fonction pour la r\u00e9duire \u00e0 un r\u00f4le de servante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour parachever cette spoliation, le syst\u00e8me d\u00e9ploie un arsenal psychologique redoutable : le d\u00e9tournement du sacr\u00e9. R\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, des versets bibliques lui sont envoy\u00e9s \u00ab Qui s&rsquo;abaisse sera \u00e9lev\u00e9, qui s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve sera abaiss\u00e9 \u00bb ou encore \u00ab L\u2019orgueil pr\u00e9c\u00e8de la chute \u00bb dans une parodie de guidance spirituelle. Ces messages, loin d&rsquo;\u00eatre des exhortations \u00e0 la vertu, sont des ordres imp\u00e9rieux de mise \u00e0 mort symbolique. Sous couvert de religion, ses bourreaux exigent qu&rsquo;elle renonce \u00e0 son dipl\u00f4me, lui intimant l&rsquo;ordre de \u00ab s&rsquo;abaisser \u00bb pour mieux se conformer \u00e0 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e qu&rsquo;ils se font d&rsquo;un \u00ab\u00a0messie\u00a0\u00bb sacrifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le plus stup\u00e9fiant reste la contradiction flagrante de ces managers. Ils n&rsquo;avaient aucune objection \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle travaille sans financement, ni \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle assume &nbsp;la charge de ses enfants tout en surmontant des obstacles cr\u00e9\u00e9s de toutes pi\u00e8ces pour l&rsquo;entraver. L&rsquo;abn\u00e9gation, elle l&rsquo;a prouv\u00e9e chaque jour. Mais ce qu&rsquo;ils ne pouvaient tol\u00e9rer, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait l&rsquo;existence m\u00eame de ce dipl\u00f4me, symbole d&rsquo;une \u00e9l\u00e9vation qu&rsquo;ils jugent ill\u00e9gitime. Cette ignorance crasse de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des parcours migratoires et de l&rsquo;expatriation des dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s, contraints de quitter certains pays pour faire reconna\u00eetre leur valeur, r\u00e9v\u00e8le la v\u00e9ritable nature de leur machination.
